General Questions
Yes, all residents will be required to sign a lease in order to protect themselves as well as Redstone Family Housing.
If you do not fulfill your lease term, i.e., move out before your lease expires, you will be held responsible for a lease termination fee equal to one month's rent and must also provide the office with a 30-day written notice.
The lease is a standard resident agreement used by all privatized military housing and conventional (civilian) rental properties. Residents are required to sign a lease in order to reside in housing. The lease specifies the rights and responsibilities of resident and Owner. The lease also sets the service member's BAH as the monthly payment to Redstone Family Housing.
Yes. For civilians there is a non-refundable $50.00 application fee for the lease holder, plus a non-refundable $10.00 fee for each additional occupant over the age of 18. For active service members there is not an application fee.
For both civilians and service members there is a non-refundable $125.00 holding fee to reserve a home.
We are pet friendly here. Please inquire about deposits and breed restrictions.

Housing at Redstone is available to Active Duty Military, Retired Military, Military Reservists, Federal Government Contractors and DOD and Federal Agency Civilians.
Redstone Family Housing is conveniently located at Redstone Arsenal and offers residents easy access to the Huntsville Metro area, with historic attractions, entertainment, museums, colleges and universities, dining, shopping, outdoor recreational activities, cultural events, and natural beauty to enjoy.
Residents of Redstone Family Housing have access to top-rated schools within the Huntsville City School District.
